About Your New Role- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals. This involves evaluating their physical capabilities, cognitive functions, and emotional well-being.
- Develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life. You will work closely with clients to set achievable objectives and implement tailored therapies.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that cater to the unique needs of each client. This may involve collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, families, and support workers, to facilitate open dialogue and collaboration.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care. These sessions may be conducted in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, or private practices.
- Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers to enhance their understanding of physiotherapy interventions and promote informed decision-making.
