Star HR is a leading rehabilitation provider in Sydney, dedicated to delivering high-quality services and support to clients. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team.

As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist with Star HR, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing vocational assessments and case management services. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that collaborates to achieve the best possible outcomes for all stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling, with relevant registration and membership. Experience in occupational rehabilitation is desired but not essential. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

In this role, you will participate in assisting clients from various schemes, including CTP, Comcare, Workers Compensation, and more. You will focus on vocationally assessing clients and collaborating with the wider team to ensure the best results are obtained for all stakeholders.
