Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Coordinator to manage our inventory and supply chain operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom area and perform regular cycle counts of materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and streamline processes
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Manage and take inventory of received, shipped, and/or stored materials daily
  • Examine stored materials and report any deterioration or damage
  • Operate hand or power trucks and/or forklifts in performing warehousing duties
Benefits:
  • Achieve 98% accuracy on manual counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
  • Develop and implement effective data entry procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Daily devotion of at least one (1) hour and weekly devotion of five (5) hours to assigned base per scheduled shift for 5S functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve inventory discrepancies
