
Administrative Project Coordinator

A dynamic organisation with low staff turnover is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to manage day-to-day office tasks, including coordinating project managers and teams while delivering exceptional customer relations.
About the Role
Our company provides carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning and restoration services. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate restoration projects from start to finish, including scheduling appointments, ordering materials and equipment, managing technicians and their schedules, and ensuring all safety procedures are followed.
- Manage records of each job, including materials used, labour costs, and other relevant information.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service by following up with customers, addressing concerns or complaints, and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience managing teams and coordinating projects in a similar industry.
- High school certificate or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills, including Word and Excel.
- Experience working on a CRM/dispatch/project management software is advantageous.
- Must have working rights in Australia.
