About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Transformational Leader to head our newly formed Psychological Health Division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving cultural change and influencing stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

The successful individual will lead our response to psychological health regulation, ensuring alignment between resources and providing strong leadership to teams including Psychosocial Inspectorate, Psychological Health and Safety Specialists, and Programs teams.

They will bring a comprehensive understanding of the legal, policy, and operational environment (psychological health) and a proven ability to deliver improvement initiatives supported by research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure clear expectations on compliance and enforcement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote support for psychological health objectives.
  • Lead WorkSafe's operational response to psychological health regulation.
