Chief Psych Health Officer

Lead a team to ensure operational response to psychological health regulation and compliance is clear and well-managed.
Drive a culture of service delivery that aligns with WorkSafe's values, providing a prevention-led, data-driven and client-focused service to the community.
Represent WorkSafe by providing strategic and specialist advice to promote continued high-level support for psychological health objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure expectations on compliance and enforcement are clear and well-managed.

- Represent WorkSafe by providing strategic and specialist advice to promote continued high-level support for psychological health objectives.
- A proven track record of transformational leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to influence diverse stakeholders and deliver improvement initiatives supported by research and analysis.
- A comprehensive understanding of the legal, policy and operational environment in psychological health.
