Job Description

As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving WorkSafe's response to psychological health regulation.

The successful candidate will lead and oversee WorkSafe's newly formed Psychological Health Division, ensuring compliance and enforcement expectations are met. They will also provide strong leadership and oversight of WorkSafe's psychological health teams, including Psychosocial Inspectorate, Psychological Health and Safety Specialists, and Programs teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and implementation of WorkSafe's operational response to psychological health regulation.
  2. Drive a service delivery culture that is committed to providing high-quality services to the community.
  3. Represent WorkSafe by providing strategic advice to promote support for psychological health objectives across industry, government, and professional bodies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of transformational leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

You will bring a comprehensive understanding of the legal, policy, and operational environment (psychological health) and a proven ability to deliver improvement initiatives supported by research and analysis.
