**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned commercial expert to lead our Global Betting Platform transformation.

You will collaborate with Product, Risk & Trading, Compliance, and Operations teams to drive commercial value and ensure compliance and operational integrity.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive self-starter with a customer-centric mindset and passion for innovation.

As the commercial lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategy into the Global Betting Platform roadmap.

You will lead workshops, prioritize demands, and guide backlog grooming and release planning.

You will serve as the single point of contact for GBP, maintaining cross-functional alignment.

You will track commercial OKRs and adapt plans based on feedback and evolving business needs.

This role requires a strong facilitator, communicator, and confident presenter at executive levels.

A structured thinker with experience in Commercial Strategy, Product, Risk & Trading, or Transformation roles is essential.

Familiarity with the Flutter Tech ecosystem and Global Betting Platform is highly desirable.

Experience in regulated industries, preferably with platform transformations, is also required.

This role involves influencing across teams and balancing commercial, regulatory, and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategy into the Global Betting Platform roadmap
  • Lead workshops, prioritize demands, and guide backlog grooming and release planning
  • Serve as the commercial lead and single point of contact for GBP, maintaining cross-functional alignment
