Job Title: Clinical Operations Manager
About the Role
The Clinical Operations Manager will oversee the daily clinical operations of our care home, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning, and evaluation. This role involves supporting and leading the care home clinical team, including coaching, mentoring, staff allocations, and delegation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee medication management in accordance with resident needs and legislative requirements
- Review clinical incidents, complaints, and changes
- Lead compliance with ACFI assessments
- Manage person-centred care planning and evaluation for residents
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A current AHPRA registration
- A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Post-graduate qualifications in aged care highly regarded
- Experience managing a minimum of 30 beds
- Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute setting
