Lead Clinical Operations Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to play a pivotal role in the smooth and efficient running of our clinical trials.

In this diverse role, you'll lead a team of professionals while working across various administrative functions—managing daily operations, ensuring trials are executed to the highest standard, and fostering effective communication across the unit.

Key responsibilities include guiding staff recruitment, development, and appraisal, overseeing staff training programs, and maintaining GCP certifications. You'll also contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation in respiratory health research.

This is a unique opportunity to bring your leadership, strategic thinking, and clinical research knowledge together in a meaningful way.

As Lead Clinical Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of policy implementation, financial oversight, and key purchasing decisions, while managing trial-specific activities such as SOP maintenance, volunteer recruitment, and pre-trial feasibilities.

About You:

You're an experienced professional equipped to lead with integrity and precision in a dynamic clinical trials environment.

Strong leadership skills and knowledge enable you to manage teams, projects, and complex clinical operations while maintaining rigorous safety and compliance standards.

Required qualifications include a degree in Business Administration or Management, Accounting, Health Science/Administration, or related discipline, along with 3+ years of experience working in clinical trials.

Desirable skills include strong organisational, communication, and IT skills, as well as sound knowledge of clinical research practices, health policies, and international/local research guidelines.
