As a Clinical Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational and clinical management of an Intensive Care Unit.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activity of nursing staff and associated resources, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient management and coordination of the ICU team.

Key areas of focus include:

Operational Planning and Service Delivery
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve service delivery targets within the ICU.
  • Ensuring effective operational processes are in place to minimize clinical risk and optimize patient care.
Leadership and Team Management
  • Providing high-level leadership and support to nursing staff and associated resources to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborating with the Medical Director and Calvary Adelaide ICU Management Team to drive quality improvement initiatives and promote best practices.

Requirements for this role include:

Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in Intensive Care Unit management.
  • Graduate Diploma in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
