Job Title:

Clinical Operations Director

  • A senior leadership role overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the Intensive Care Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic planning and operational management to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Developing clinical standards, patient safety protocols, and national benchmarks for performance excellence.
  • Effective human resource management, financial planning, capital asset management, and administrative coordination.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in ICU management or a similar field.
  • Hold a Graduate Diploma in Critical Care Nursing.
  • Be AHPRA Registered.
  • Demonstrate high-level leadership abilities, including operational processes in complex environments.
  • Work independently with proficiency and organization during peak demand periods.
