About this role:
- Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out of guests in a timely manner
- Delivering prompt and efficient service when attending to various guest requests
- Effective communication with all departments of the hotel to ensure customer satisfaction and operational requirements are achieved
- Answering calls in a professional manner
- Informing guests of all facilities and services in the hotel
About you:
- A commitment to outstanding customer service
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- A warm and friendly personality
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Confidence to problem solve without supervision
- The ability to work under pressure
- Previous experience in Reservations and Reception
- A flexible rotating roster (inclusive of Public Holidays)
