About Us

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our multidisciplinary team of therapists. As our new Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapeutic supports to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners to achieve exceptional client outcomes.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation and respect.
  • Oversee recruitment, induction and ongoing support of new team members.
  • Work closely with our management team to drive quality and strategic planning.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in a leadership and/or management role within a therapy or similar sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-focused leadership style.
  • Relevant tertiary studies in Management, Allied Health and/or a related field.
