
Therapy Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Leader to oversee our multidisciplinary therapy team. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 7-8 clinicians, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Physiotherapists. They will work closely with the Kingswood Therapy Manager to provide ongoing support and guidance.

About the Role- Lead and manage a team of 7-8 clinicians, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Physiotherapists.
- Report to the Kingswood Therapy Manager for ongoing support and guidance.
- Contribute to a larger Kingswood team of 18 staff, including coordination with a client engagement team to support therapists in delivering intervention.
- Maintain a varied clinical caseload with responsibility for goal-directed intervention, equipment prescription, delivery and review, and community liaison.
- Deliver interventions on- and off-site (homes, schools, community settings) with most sessions conducted on-site in therapy and group rooms.
- Support a culture of innovation and development, including participation in intensives, groups and programs to meet client needs.
- Relevant qualifications in allied health.
- Evidence of current registration with AHPRA/SPA/ESSA or willingness to attain it.
- A current driver's license.
