Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Team Lead to join our Disability Services division. The successful candidate will work closely with managers and team leaders to provide high-quality clinical supervision to occupational therapists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draw from your experience and knowledge in occupational therapy to ensure that our clinicians are equipped to deliver high-quality services and stay up-to-date with current practice and procedural standards.
  • Coach, advise, and provide on-the-job support to staff to improve their skills and knowledge in all areas of practice in disability.
  • Develop clinical resources, procedures, and documents relevant to NDIS service delivery.

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified in occupational therapy
  • Currently registered with AHPRA
  • Strong clinical supervision experience (ideally at least 5 years of clinical experience) to staff working with complex clients in the NDIS environment
