Team Lead - Occupational Therapy

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality occupational therapy services in our expanding team.

This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader who can motivate and support a team of occupational therapists.

  • Provide day-to-day clinical guidance and support to occupational therapists, answering questions and assisting with strategies on complex cases.
  • Deliver training, induction and supervision as required.
  • Complete quality assurance report reviews and feedback.
  • Attend appointments with occupational therapists to provide support and training.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality clinical services and assessments in complex cases.

This role involves working across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community and/or office settings.

Requirements
  • Occupational Therapy degree and registration (or the ability to become registered).
  • Car and driver's license.
  • National Police Clearance and Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencement).
  • Clinical experience preferably within the NDIS or similar.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability and other complex diagnoses.
  • Current management experience in a clinical or NDIS setting.
