We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our Geospatial Services function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing remote teams and delivering high-quality results.

This role involves leading a global team responsible for processing customer data quickly and accurately. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring, coaching, and leading the team, fostering a collaborative culture while defining effective service processes.

The position is based out of our Sydney office, but some travel may be required to meet with team members in other locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Geospatial Services function
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and speed of processing capabilities
  • Hold the team accountable for performance, achieving objectives, and driving impact
  • Analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the overall service function
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience managing remote technical customer-facing teams
  • A proven ability to unite a large technical team under a common goal
  • Proficiency in analysing data, tracking KPIs, and using insights to improve performance, operations, and policies
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to create and implement end-to-end pragmatic processes that improve team efficiency
