Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will lead our global Geospatial Services function, known as Data Success.

Data Success is a predominantly remote team, with some members based in Sydney and Denver. You will foster a collaborative culture while defining scalable service processes and ensuring high-quality data delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align, enable, coach, and oversee the Geospatial Services function
    • Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and speed of processing capabilities, holding the team accountable for performance and objectives.
    • Ensure high-quality outputs, reducing reprocessing requests from customers.
    • Analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the service function.
    • Monitor and assess performance metrics, such as processing time, SLA adherence, reprocessing requests, and overall accuracy
  • Oversee the learning and development of the team, adapting to evolving processing capabilities and adding new services.
  • Lead, hire, coach, and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring a scalable organisational structure as we grow.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of global Services, Support, and Customer Success teams by collaborating with the Chief Customer Officer.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities, managing remote technical teams of 50+ headcount.
  • Proven ability to unite large technical teams under a common goal.
  • Proficiency in analysing data, tracking KPIs, and using insights to improve performance and operations.
  • Excellent communication and feedback skills, with a proactive approach to information sharing and responding to changing data.
  • Experience creating and implementing end-to-end pragmatic processes that improve team efficiency and successfully acting on feedback received.
  • Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with customers, teams, and thrive in rapidly-changing environments as the business grows and scales.
