About the Role
  • Lead the alignment, enablement, coaching, and oversight of the Geospatial Services function
  • Develop strategies to enhance processing capabilities and efficiency

  • Analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the service function
  • Monitor performance metrics, such as processing time, SLA adherence, reprocessing requests, and overall accuracy
