Senior Leadership Position

A leading specialist health and human services consultancy seeks a Director to oversee the delivery of high-quality facilitator services. The successful candidate will lead a team of facilitators, working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the effective rollout of a disability inclusion reform.


The role requires a strong understanding of child development, neurodiversity, and disability, framed by a strengths-based approach. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a positive and supportive team culture
  • Developing and delivering high-quality training programs
  • Ensuring the integrity of the facilitator service
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Key qualifications include:

  • Postgraduate degree in an Allied Health field (e.g., Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology)
  • 10+ years of experience working in or with schools
  • Strong project management skills and ability to develop high-quality written materials
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of disability inclusion reform in Victoria and its history since 2021
