About the Role

You'll work across cross-functional squads to deliver strategic initiatives aligned with Medibank's Delivery frameworks. This includes managing infrastructure and cloud migration projects, with a focus on disciplined testing regimes and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

  • Lead delivery of IT-focused initiatives including infrastructure and cloud migration.
  • Manage the migration of HICAPS—our health claims application—ensuring broad delivery oversight.
  • Align squad goals with strategic business outcomes and customer roadmaps.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder forums.
  • Remove delivery blockers and manage risks, dependencies, and financials.
  • Communicate progress to senior stakeholders and Group Executives.

Project Focus

  • IT projects with software implementation elements.
  • Infrastructure and cloud migration experience highly desirable.
  • Experience with disciplined testing regimes typical of IT delivery.
  • Broader delivery experience across applications and systems—not just business process projects.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of delivery experience in agile environments.
  • Proven track record delivering IT projects involving software or hardware implementations.
  • Experience with cloud migration and infrastructure delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior executives.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex dependencies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
