Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing HACCP documentation and programs
  • Leading internal and external HACCP audits
  • Maintaining accurate records of labelling and nutritional information
  • Developing and implementing staff induction and training programs
  • Conducting daily factory inspections
  • Investigating and reporting on customer complaints
  • Coordinating microbiological testing programs and analysis results
  • Maintaining product specifications and creating new ones as required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in the food industry
  • Solid knowledge of HACCP, allergens, product specifications, and supply audits
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with a proven track record of working collaboratively with others
