Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

As a Quality Assurance Manager at Blackmores, you will be responsible for leading a team that receives, investigates, and responds to consumer complaints and quality queries. This exciting leadership role works closely with our Product Safety team to identify key issues and concerns, and then works with our manufacturing teams and contract manufacturing partners to continuously strive to achieve the highest level of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a team culture of continuous improvement and agile approach to change
  • Liaise with manufacturers as part of issue investigations
  • Coach and mentor a team of two, creating a high-performing environment
  • Promote standardisation across brands and markets
  • Ensure the effective processing of customer complaints and quality queries

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be a hands-on, collaborative leader who develops strong stakeholder relationships. You will have previous experience leading a small team and strive to create a positive team culture. Previous experience within a highly regulated GMP environment and using a Quality Management System is also highly desirable.
