About the Role

Mentors play a pivotal role in helping job seekers achieve their goals by guiding them towards sustainable employment. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent coaching and motivational skills to empower individuals to identify transferable skills required for successful employment.

The ideal candidate will be able to balance empathy with a drive to deliver positive business outcomes while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Previous experience in customer-facing roles and administrative tasks would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage job seekers to understand their needs and tailor services accordingly
  • Motivate and coach job seekers to build confidence and develop essential skills
  • Foster strong relationships with job seekers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration
