Job Title:
Payroll Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to oversee and manage the full payroll function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation and industrial instruments. The successful candidate will be responsible for timely payment of wages, managing payroll systems, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring reporting and statutory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the payroll process, including processing payrolls, calculating salaries, and preparing payroll reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and agreements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues and queries.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors in the payroll process.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or similar (or working towards).
  • Experience in high-volume payroll environments.
  • Previous payroll team experience, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
