Account Manager Role

A great opportunity to join Domain Group as a Digital Media Sales Specialist, where you will initiate, develop, and coordinate effective advertising solutions to support the existing Media Sales team. You will also help facilitate and provide key strategy, research, and collateral to deliver key outcomes in securing revenue for the national team.

Working closely with internal teams is crucial to delivering effective outcomes for both clients and the company. You will be responsible for formulating key strategic initiatives to grow revenue and create long-term mutually beneficial relationships with agencies and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulating key strategic initiatives to grow revenue and create long-term mutually beneficial relationships with agencies and clients.
  • Working across the Sydney market, you will service and manage digital agencies and trading desks and provide media solutions where appropriate.
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across relevant markets.
  • Presenting new Domain product offerings in a timely manner to key clients.
  • Attending relevant conferences, seminars, and other industry functions to develop knowledge and network within the media and real estate industry.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of proven success in an account management role.
  • Digital sales experience across publishing and programmatic businesses.
  • People leadership skills and a track record of delivering or exceeding budgets.
  • Advertising or marketing experience is essential.
  • Relevant work history for reasonable periods in roles with multi-tasking, deadline-driven, customer-focused tasks with a sales support focus.
  • Confidence in presenting to large groups.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Current driver's license and access to a reliable car.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with Hubspot and Salesforce experience highly beneficial.
