We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team in Adelaide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of projects and programs of work across water and defence sectors, focusing on achieving great customer and community outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of project plans, ensuring accurate forecasting of time, cost, and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with customers to make informed decisions based on evidence-driven analysis.
- Ensure the delivery of early-stage detailed designs across multi-disciplinary engineering, environmental, safety, and sustainability disciplines.
- Accountable for leading, supporting, and empowering a highly skilled team, fostering growth opportunities and effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and design, with defence or water project experience highly regarded.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with a focus on multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong project management skills in cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
