We are seeking a talented Civil Infrastructure Project Manager to join our core Civil Infrastructure Business unit in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing selected designs and teams for projects or design elements to meet budget, time-frame, and quality targets while exceeding client expectations.

The successful candidate will have a degree-qualified engineering background with experience in civil design and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in providing high-quality delivery of roads and civil-related concepts and designs while working collaboratively with other teams.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage selected projects or components of projects, taking responsibility for resource allocation and delivery.
  • Manage subcontractors, quality assurance, and client feedback, ensuring effective communication of any changes or modifications.
  • Work in collaboration with other design teams and disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
  • Provide technical advice to project team members.
  • Review and ensure compliance in the components of the project for which responsible, including drawings, reports, specifications, and studies, and interfaces with other disciplines.
