About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead our high-calibre team in delivering infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the project team to achieve optimum production and cost outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor Site Engineers and Graduates to achieve innovative solutions to complex challenges, driving project success through effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide onsite engineering services and technical support to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, specification, design, and contractual requirements, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • At least 4 years' experience on infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of delivering results under pressure.
  • Passion for achieving excellent health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes, ensuring a safe and sustainable working environment.
  • Motivation to achieve value-for-money results, balancing business objectives with social responsibility.
  • Previous experience working with major tier one or two contractors undertaking similar work, showcasing your adaptability and expertise.
