About the Opportunity

We seek an experienced sales professional to drive commercial expansion in South Australia and the Northern Territory.

This role presents a chance to shape regional strategy, mentor talent, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value and commercial success.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in the region.
  2. Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics is essential, as well as experience in mentoring and developing high-performing sales teams.
