Job Title: Associate Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support our clients in navigating the complexities of real estate and place strategies, projects, and transactions. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing commercial and financial advice to clients on large-scale city-shaping and urban renewal projects.
  • Delivering precincts tied to complex real estate, place, and infrastructure projects.
  • Managing client engagements, coaching, and developing junior staff and client resources.
  • Assisting clients in the assessment, analysis, valuation, and procurement of assets to support their financial, commercial, service delivery, and corporate objectives.
  • Collaborating with KPMGau specialists across various disciplines to provide integrated solutions for our clients.
Your Experience

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience in real estate, mixed-use development, place, and placemaking environments, with a focus on investment and decision-making areas.
  • Strong commercial and financial analytical skills to support city-shaping investment choices for clients.
  • Ability to develop and deliver commercial advice on complex transactions, business cases, pre-feasibility studies, options analysis, and financial models.
  • Passion and unique perspective to make a positive impact on our urban environment.
