We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Project & Infrastructure Advisory team as a Real Estate Advisory Expert. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality advisory services to our clients across the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities- Work on private and public infrastructure projects in the real estate space in conjunction with our infrastructure team
- Multi-disciplinary and collaborative team environment
- Opportunities to actively participate in a growing team
What You'll Bring
- Strong collaboration skills having worked across multi-disciplinary teams involved in the delivery of infrastructure planning studies, technical reports and/or business cases
- Previous experience and exposure to general real estate advisory and real estate consulting for government and/or the private sector
- Capability in providing planning and development advice and completing valuations
- Well-developed report writing, Powerpoint and Excel skills
- Effective engagement and stakeholder management skills in complex environments
