We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Project & Infrastructure Advisory team as a Real Estate Advisory Expert. As a key member of our team, you will work on private and public infrastructure projects in the real estate space, collaborating with our infrastructure team to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Work on private and public infrastructure projects in the real estate space, collaborating with our infrastructure team to deliver high-quality results.
- Contribute to the development of business cases, project plans, and cost models for infrastructure and real estate projects.
- Provide planning and development advice, completing valuations and conducting market analysis.
- Develop and implement engagement pursuit strategies, preparing proposals and managing tender processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, project stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Tertiary qualifications in town planning, property economics, or other real estate-focused degrees.
- Experience in project and/or program management and business cases within the real estate sphere.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Previous experience in general real estate advisory and real estate consulting for government and private sector clients.
