About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Project & Infrastructure Advisory team as a Real Estate Advisory Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will work on private and public infrastructure projects in the real estate space, collaborating with our infrastructure team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on private and public infrastructure projects in the real estate space, collaborating with our infrastructure team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement engagement pursuit strategies, prepare proposals, and manage tender processes.
  • Share your awareness of the broader market environment and industry trends.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, project stakeholders, project partners, and broader industry.
  • Contribute to team planning, development, and maintenance of a high-performance culture, including coaching and mentoring supporting L&D initiatives.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in town planning, property economics, or other real estate-focused degrees.
  • Experience in project and/or program management and business cases within the real estate sphere.
  • Strong collaboration skills, having worked across multi-disciplinary teams involved in the delivery of infrastructure planning studies, technical reports, and/or business cases.
  • Previous experience and exposure to general real estate advisory and real estate consulting for government and/or the private sector.
  • Capability in providing planning and development advice and completing valuations.
  • Well-developed report writing, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
  • Effective engagement and stakeholder management skills in complex environments.
