About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Project & Infrastructure Advisory team as a Real Estate Advisory Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-profile infrastructure projects and providing expert advice to clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our infrastructure team to deliver private and public infrastructure projects in the real estate space
  • Contribute to the development of business cases, project plans, and cost models for infrastructure and real estate projects
  • Provide commercial property valuation, market analysis, and lease negotiation services to clients
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and navigate complex zoning laws, commercial property guidelines, and tax implications
  • Develop and implement engagement pursuit strategies, prepare proposals, and manage tender processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project stakeholders, and industry partners
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in town planning, property economics, or a related field
  • Experience in project and/or program management, business cases, and real estate advisory services
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Well-developed report writing, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and provide expert advice
