We are seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to provide support to individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues as they navigate their recovery journey. The Psychosocial Recovery Coach will be responsible for providing guidance and education to clients on topics related to mental health and addiction recovery.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide individualized support and guidance to clients with mental health and substance abuse issues
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to recovery
- Assist clients in developing and implementing recovery plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
- Help clients identify and overcome barriers to recovery
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions

**Requirements:**

- A certificate in mental health or a related field
- A current drivers license
- Working with children check
- NDIS worker screening check

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable populations and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for staff to work throughout the lower Hunter areas of NSW, including Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Cessnock, Maitland, and Port Stephens.
