Promoting the Recovery Model

Implement trauma-informed care, emphasizing hope, respect, empowerment, health, wellness, and spirituality/connectedness in treatment.

Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum age requirement of 21 years old.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Personal experience with the recovery process and a willingness to discuss it appropriately.
  • Demonstrated skills in human services, particularly working with adults.
  • Ability to work within an organizational structure, accepting supervision and guidance.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for constructive collaboration with consumers, treatment resources, and the community.
  • A valid driver's license, private auto insurance, and insurability are necessary.
  • Familiarity with MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic medical records is essential.
