About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Well-being Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing health, safety and well-being programs, ensuring they are effectively planned and delivered in collaboration with the broader team.

You will coordinate HS&W programs, develop and maintain tools, resources and documentation for site delivery teams, and monitor and maintain office HS&W requirements, equipment and well-being facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop reports, analyse data, update project plans and promote HS&W initiatives at project offices and sites.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and interfacing with teams on HS&W campaigns, fitness for work initiatives and the Mates program.
  • Developing and maintaining tools, resources and documentation for site delivery teams.
  • Monitoring and maintaining office HS&W requirements, equipment and well-being facilities.
  • Assisting in the creation of HS&W performance reports, conducting data analysis and managing the project training needs analysis and training matrix.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree-level qualification in WHS, Business Administration or Systems Administration, coupled with experience in the project delivery environment.
  • Certificate IV or above in WHS, Business or Systems administration.
  • Return to work officer qualifications.
