Position Overview

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of high-caliber software solutions that integrate with Microsoft products and services, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Azure. Collaborating closely with product managers, architects, and various stakeholders, you will help define the strategic vision and objectives for your team.

Key Duties Include:

  • Leading the design and implementation of scalable and secure technology solutions.
  • Managing the performance and professional growth of your engineering team members.
  • Ensuring the team has the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Adapting to evolving priorities and requirements through agile methodologies.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of engineering experience, particularly with Microsoft technologies.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within engineering teams.
  • Strong expertise in Office 365, identity management, and cloud computing.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with agile practices and trimester planning.
