Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting research on ocean mixing processes and their representation in numerical ocean models.
  • Developing and implementing hydrographic inverse models to estimate the mean circulation and the intensity of mixing processes in the ocean.
  • Collaborating with other team members to publish research findings in leading international journals.

Requirements

  • A PhD degree or close to completing one.
  • Strong qualifications in mathematics and physical oceanography.
  • Experience in one or more areas of physical oceanography is preferred.
