Role Overview

The InWork Support Coach's primary responsibility is to assist clients post-placement, ensuring they achieve long-term, sustainable employment while collaborating with employers.
In a typical day as an InWork Support Coach, your responsibilities may include:
- Providing consistent support and contact to all placed clients, at least bi-weekly;
- Identifying areas where additional training may be necessary and facilitating that support;
- Monitoring all placements and keeping accurate records;
- Offering on-the-job assistance to participants and employers to ensure ongoing employment;
- Coordinating with employers, clients, and team members to help clients maintain their jobs;
- Assisting in the management of claims;
- Raising any risks or concerns through the appropriate channels;
- Ensuring exceptional service for clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process.
You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and goal-oriented team of employment service professionals from various backgrounds, all striving to make a difference in the diversity and inclusion sector.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of two years' experience in customer service or a client-facing role with a solid work history;
- Preferably, experience working with individuals overcoming challenges;
- Comfortable and confident in liaising with multiple stakeholders;
- Ability to work towards KPIs and facilitate placements that lead to sustainable employment;
- A genuine desire to be part of the atWork Australia mission: connecting people and businesses for mutual success;
- Possession of a current Driver's License.
