Role Overview

The InWork Support Coach is responsible for assisting clients after they secure employment, ensuring their long-term success in the workplace.

On a typical day, your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing regular support and contact to all placed clients, at least bi-weekly;
  • Identifying areas where additional training may be beneficial and facilitating that support;
  • Monitoring all placements and keeping accurate records;
  • Offering on-the-job assistance to both participants and employers to ensure sustained employment;
  • Collaborating with employers, clients, and team members to help clients maintain their roles;
  • Assisting in the management of claims;
  • Reporting any risks or concerns through the appropriate channels;
  • Ensuring exceptional service is delivered to clients and employers at every stage of the process.

You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and goal-oriented team of employment service professionals from diverse backgrounds, all dedicated to making a difference in the realm of diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in customer service or a client-facing role with a solid work history;
  • Preferably, experience working with individuals overcoming challenges;
  • Comfortable and confident in liaising with various external and internal stakeholders;
  • Ability to work towards KPIs and achieve placements that lead to sustainable employment for clients and employers;
  • A genuine desire to be part of the atWork Australia family, with a strong belief in our mission to connect people and businesses for mutual success;
  • Possession of a current Driver's License.
