Role Overview
We are excited to offer a position within our In-Work Support Coach team in Armadale. This role is ideal for individuals seeking meaningful work that positively impacts lives. The successful candidate will have significant opportunities for career advancement within the organization.
The InWork Support Coach is responsible for assisting clients who have secured employment, collaborating with employers to ensure sustainable job placements.
As an InWork Support Coach, your daily responsibilities may include:
- Providing regular support and contact to all placed clients, at least bi-weekly;
- Identifying training needs and facilitating additional support as necessary;
- Maintaining accurate records of all placements;
- Offering on-the-job assistance to both participants and employers to promote ongoing employment;
- Coordinating with employers, clients, and team members to support client retention;
- Managing claims effectively;
- Reporting any risks or concerns through the appropriate channels;
- Ensuring exceptional service is delivered to clients and employers throughout the process.
You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds, all committed to making a difference in the realm of diversity and inclusion.
Qualifications
Desired Attributes and Experience:
- A minimum of two years' experience in customer service or a client-facing role with a solid employment history;
- Experience working with individuals overcoming challenges is preferred;
- Comfortable engaging with various internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability to work towards KPIs and facilitate placements that lead to sustainable employment;
- A genuine desire to contribute to the broader atWork Australia mission of connecting people and businesses for mutual success;
- A valid Driver's License is required.
