Job Description: As a Principal Registrar of the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal, you will lead a team and oversee the administration of VOCAT. This involves working closely with the Judiciary and staff to develop administrative procedures, monitor performance, manage budgets, address policy issues, and implement policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications: The successful candidate will have knowledge of VOCAT and related jurisdictions. They will be able to provide high-level advice and support on matters coming within VOCAT's jurisdiction, as well as lead the development, evaluation, and implementation of new policies and procedures that enhance VOCAT's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of over 50 staff in the efficient administration of VOCAT
  • Work closely with the Judiciary and staff to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Provide strategic advice and support to the executive leadership of the Court
  • Manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
