Job Description

The Magistrates' Court of Victoria is a key jurisdiction within the judicial system, providing justice services to Victorians at various courts and venues.

The Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal (VOCAT) plays a vital role in supporting victims of crime committed in Victoria, offering financial assistance and an empathetic service to aid their recovery.

As a Tribunal Officer List Manager, you will collaborate with the Senior Tribunal Officer to manage staff, team operations, and ensure effective implementation of Tribunal protocols and procedures.

This position requires sound judgement, excellent liaison skills with Judiciary and government departments, and strong relationship-building abilities with key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in VOCAT or relevant legal qualifications
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate junior staff
  • Technical knowledge of Tribunal protocols and procedures
