Youth Programs Development Specialist

About the Role
The Organisation Practice Leader will support a culture of continuous improvement across programming, practice and relationships with young people and the community.
A key focus of the role will be to lead on program development initiatives, including research projects, content development and delivery, evaluation for capability building and alignment of new and existing programs to PCYC's Youth Strategy.
About You
- A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable, or significant experience in the industry in lieu of a qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the sector.
- Demonstrated ability in reviewing, evaluating, improving and developing youth and community programs.
- Demonstrated ability in mentoring or education delivery in the youth and community sector.
- Evidence of being able to influence and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and provide leadership in regard to programs and practices.
- Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ability to travel across the state as required
- Hold a current unrestricted driver's license.

We estimate this role to have a salary of approximately $80,000 - $100,000 per annum depending on location and level of experience.
