Overview

Catholic Early EdCare is a leading provider of early childhood education and care services, operating across multiple locations in Queensland. As a Program Coordinator for Youth Development, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of children in our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coordinator to join our team at Holy Family's Primary School in Indooroopilly. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing engaging programs for children, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere, and fostering social development through interactive and educational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement high-quality programs that cater to the diverse needs of children;
  • Create a safe and welcoming environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development;
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration;
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

A proven track record in delivering high-quality programs and services in an OSHC setting;Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place Framework;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues;A commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry trends.
