This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in upholding and enhancing the quality of our products throughout the state. You will be responsible for ensuring the coordination, implementation, and maintenance of high standards to facilitate a positive commercial outcome.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the leadership and management of under 5's or young children's sporting programs. They will hold a sport or gymnastics coaching accreditation (minimum Intermediate) or equivalent qualification in a relevant area of practice for a minimum of 5 years' experience.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated with a strong passion for children's activities. The successful candidate will also have demonstrated experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of programs to show improved community benefit and growth. Additionally, they will have a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.

In this role, you will have the flexibility to be based at one of our PCYC clubs around Queensland (subject to availability). If you have a passion for youth activities, then we want you to join our team.

Your new role:

You will be responsible for upholding and enhancing the quality of our products throughout the state. This includes ensuring the coordination, implementation, and maintenance of high standards to facilitate a positive commercial outcome.

About you:

  • Experience in the leadership and management of under 5's or young children's sporting programs
  • Holds a sport or gymnastics coaching accreditation (minimum Intermediate) or equivalent qualification in a relevant area of practice for a minimum of 5 years' experience
  • Highly motivated with a strong passion for children's activities
  • Demonstrated experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of programs to show improved community benefit and growth

  • Eligibility for a QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and National Police Check
