About the OpportunityThis role involves leading the development and implementation of the Shared Energy Storage Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring, delivery, and evaluation of the program ensuring quality outcomes on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of the Shared Energy Storage Program.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary and multi-agency teams to achieve program outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and change control processes.
- Implement quality control, administrative processes, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Engage and influence stakeholders, including approval authorities and government representatives.
- Provide high-level support and strategic advice to senior leadership and government officials.
- Represent the organization on relevant committees and working groups.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic project management and delivery.
- Experience in deployment and/or contracting models of consumer energy resources (CER), specifically residential solar and storage.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate in complex political and policy contexts.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
